Huawei-CloudEngine S5735-L48P4X-A1
The Huawei CloudEngine S5735-L48P4X-A1 is a high-density 1U Layer 3 managed PoE+ Ethernet switch designed for enterprise campus networks, branch offices, IP surveillance, wireless deployments, and high-speed access networks. It provides 48 × 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE+ ports and 4 × 10GE SFP+ uplink ports, combining Gigabit access, PoE+ power delivery, and 10GbE aggregation in a compact enterprise platform.
Description
The Huawei CloudEngine S5735-L48P4X-A1 is an enterprise access switch from the CloudEngine S5735-L series, built on Huawei’s high-performance hardware and Versatile Routing Platform (VRP). It is designed to provide reliable Gigabit connectivity, flexible Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, advanced security, and high-speed uplinks for modern enterprise networks.
The switch provides 48 × 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports with PoE+, allowing compatible wireless access points, IP telephones, security cameras, and other powered devices to receive both network connectivity and electrical power over a single Ethernet cable.
For high-bandwidth uplink and aggregation connectivity, the S5735-L48P4X-A1 includes 4 × 10GE SFP+ ports. These ports can connect the access switch to higher-level aggregation or core switches, helping prevent uplink bottlenecks in high-density deployments.
The model supports Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking functions, including VLANs, QoS, multicast, link aggregation, spanning-tree protocols, ACLs, IPv4/IPv6 networking, and Huawei iStack stacking. These capabilities make it suitable for segmented enterprise networks requiring centralized management and reliable traffic control.
The S5735-L48P4X-A1 has 512 MB RAM and 512 MB flash memory and uses an integrated AC power architecture. Its compact 1U chassis measures approximately 442 × 220 × 43.6 mm, making it suitable for standard network cabinets and telecommunications racks.
