The Fortinet FS-248E-POE FortiSwitch is a 48-port enterprise managed switch designed to provide secure, high-density Gigabit Ethernet connectivity with integrated Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) capabilities.
The switch provides 48 × Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports and 4 × Gigabit SFP ports, with 24 RJ45 ports supporting IEEE 802.3af/802.3at PoE+ and a maximum 370 W PoE power budget. It delivers 104 Gbps switching capacity and 155 Mpps packet-forwarding performance, making it suitable for enterprise access-layer, branch, campus, IP surveillance, voice, and wireless deployments.
The FS-248E-POE integrates with the Fortinet Security Fabric and can be managed through FortiGate/FortiLink environments, enabling centralized visibility, configuration, and security control across the wired network.
