The FG-80F runs FortiOS, Fortinet’s integrated security operating system. FortiOS provides a unified platform for firewall policies, application control, intrusion prevention, web and DNS security, SSL inspection, IPsec VPN, Secure SD-WAN, network segmentation, and integration with the Fortinet Security Fabric.

Fortinet’s purpose-built security processing architecture enables the FG-80F to process network and security workloads efficiently while maintaining low latency and high throughput.
