Description

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 delivers exceptional graphics and compute performance for demanding consumer and professional workloads. Built on NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace architecture, the GPU combines a large number of CUDA cores with dedicated ray-tracing and AI-processing hardware.

The RTX 4090 features 16,384 CUDA cores and 24GB of GDDR6X graphics memory connected through a 384-bit memory interface. Its large memory capacity makes it particularly well suited to high-resolution gaming, complex 3D scenes, large creative projects, AI workloads, and applications requiring substantial GPU memory.

The GPU incorporates 3rd-generation RT Cores, providing hardware-accelerated real-time ray tracing for realistic lighting, reflections, shadows, and global illumination. Its 4th-generation Tensor Cores accelerate AI-based workloads and technologies.

With NVIDIA DLSS 3, supported applications can use AI-powered Super Resolution and Frame Generation to increase performance while maintaining high image quality. NVIDIA Reflex further helps reduce system latency in supported competitive games.

For content creation and professional video workflows, the RTX 4090 includes dual 8th-generation NVIDIA NVENC encoders with AV1 encoding support, enabling high-quality and efficient video recording, streaming, and production.

The RTX 4090 supports PCI Express 4.0, DirectX 12 Ultimate, Vulkan, CUDA, NVIDIA Studio technologies, NVIDIA Broadcast, and a broad range of GPU-accelerated professional applications.
