The system supports 12th Generation Intel Core processors, including configurations up to the Intel Core i9-12900, providing up to 16 cores and 24 threads. Intel vPro-capable processor configurations are available, providing additional enterprise management and security capabilities for managed IT environments.

For memory-intensive applications, the M90t Gen 3 provides four DDR5 UDIMM slots and supports up to 128GB of DDR5-4800 memory with supported configurations.
