Description

The Cisco Aironet AIR-AP1852I-H-K9 is part of the Cisco Aironet 1850 Series, designed to provide high-performance wireless connectivity for enterprise and high-density indoor environments.

The access point uses 802.11ac Wave 2 technology and supports 4×4 MIMO with four spatial streams for single-user MIMO, as well as multi-user MIMO capabilities. On the 5 GHz band, supported 80 MHz configurations can provide PHY data rates of up to 1.7 Gbps.

The 1852I model uses integrated internal antennas, providing a clean and unobtrusive design for indoor ceiling or wall installations. The H suffix identifies the H regulatory domain, meaning available channels and permitted frequencies are subject to the applicable regional regulations.

The AIR-AP1852I-H-K9 supports 20, 40, and 80 MHz channels, 802.11ac beamforming, maximal ratio combining (MRC), packet aggregation, dynamic frequency selection (DFS), and cyclic shift diversity (CSD). These technologies help improve throughput, coverage, and wireless reliability in enterprise deployments.

The access point supports Cisco enterprise wireless deployment modes including Centralized Local, FlexConnect, Monitor, Sniffer, OfficeExtend, Mesh, and Standalone, depending on the supported software and network architecture. It can be integrated with compatible Cisco wireless LAN controllers and Cisco wireless infrastructure.
